There are 2 groups with this name; 1) The Animators were a 4 piece band from Brooklyn 2002-2007. The band consisted of; Devon Copley, Alex Wong, Kevin Rice and Phil Galitzine. Alex and Kevin are both currently in The Paper Raincoat. Their albums can be downloaded for free at: http://www.theanimators.com/ 2) The Animators are a 2 piece alternative rock band from Melbourne, Australia. The band consists of David Cuthbertson (piano, vocals) and Anthony Linklater (drums). The Animators released their self titled debut EP in 2009.
